Fed is Busy

Fed has been busy these two days.
On Dec 11, Fed cut the rate. But Wall Street seemed to not buy it.
So on Dec 12, Fed had another move: injected liquidity.
However, econbrowser.com cannot understand the market's reaction. Neither do I!
